By pooling small, recurring donations and corporate contributions, we acquire properties on behalf of qualified buyers, then structure affordable financing with no down payment and reduced interest. Opening Doors for First-Time Homebuyers
First Key Funding is the homebuyer assistance arm of the nonprofit. We work directly with aspiring homeowners to educate, qualify, and guide them through the entire purchase process. From helping buyers understand what they can afford to finding the right home and securing customized, affordable financing — we’re with them every step of the way.
Once qualified, we purchase the home on their behalf, then provide a structured pathway to ownership — with 0% interest payments, no down payment, and built-in equity development.
Our ultimate goal? To hand over the keys to a home — and a future — that was once out of reach.
